Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: For orders placed before 3pm GMT the standard Free delivery option will arrive within 2-3 working days, and the Expedited shipping option will arrive the next working day. Packages being sent outside of the UK or to the Islands or Highlands may take longer to arrive.

A: We despatch 98% of our orders out the same day we receive them.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: For orders in the UK Mainland Expedited orders will be shipped via UPS Standard service. Standard orders will usually be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service to arrive within 2-3 working days. Some small orders may be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Small Packets. Orders outside of the UK will usually be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail or UPS.
Q: Are you based in the United Kingdom?
A: Yes, we're a British company based just outside of Norwich in Norfolk.
Q: Are your cartridges originals?
A: We offer both original genuine and compatible cartridges. Please make sure you are ordering the right cartridges when placing your order, usually the word "compatible" will be prominently displayed for those non-original cartridges. Those that are not name brand name originals are of high quality and give just as good prints.
Q: I can't see my printer on your site, do you stock my cartridges?
A: We don't stock every cartridge but we may be able to help. Please contact us on our Live Chat and we'll do our best to find your cartridge.
Q: What if I receive the cartridges and they do not work properly?
A: We have a No Hassle Return Policy. If you order our cartridges and they do not work properly please contact us and we will replace or refund your cartridges.
Q: Do you do business accounts?
A: Due to increased costs to ourselves for the operation of business accounts and our desire to keep our prices as low as possible for our valued customers we don't currently offer this service. If you wish to leave your business details we will contact you when we start offering this service.
